The Charleston 4-person indoor traditional sauna allows you to bring friends and family together to relax and enjoy an intense sauna experience in your home. The Charleston includes a 6.0 kW Harvia electric heater. Harvia heaters are world-renowned for providing high-quality electric sauna heaters that produce temperatures up to 170 degrees. The 2-tiered double bench seating allows 4 people to sit comfortably or 2 to lie in the sauna. A water cask and spoon are included to add water to the heater stones to provide humidity and steam for more intense heat. Standard features include a thermo-hygrometer for displaying the humidity level, interior dome lighting, a ventilation system, and a cabin constructed of natural Canadian Hemlock wood for durable yet naturally appealing decor.

Warranty Information
SunRay Saunas carry a 7/1 Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.
The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the structure of the sauna which includes the wooden sauna cabin and all glass parts. All parts including electronic parts and heaters have a 1-Year Warranty.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product through a parts replacement or shipment of a replacement product. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas indoor models outside will void the warranty.
Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."
