Shipping
Canadian Spa Company products ship directly from the manufacturer within 1 to 3 weeks and should arrive within a total of 4 weeks. Remote areas and locations with heavy shipping backlogs might be delayed further.
If you know of a unique delivery requirement, please include them in the note's section of your order (ex. Gravel road, low-hanging wires, no turn-around opportunities for delivery trucks)
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Final delivery will be scheduled with you by the freight company once your unit arrives to a local hub. The driver will only deliver Curbside, just at the end of your driveway. You will be responsible for moving the unit to your backyard and desired installation location. Please inspect before signing and note any potential issues on the sheet when you sign. Let us know of any discrepancies right away so we can file a shipping insurance claim.
